GabbrIssimo By term USB I mean normal cable connection to the tracker. In that case you will also need a special software for the configuration installed on your PC. This is the most reliable way.

You may also try to configure tracker via SMS from your phone to ensure it receive SMS messages. You may need to send 3 SMS, try first then move tracker outside of building and of this not helps try remaining:
