how do you route commands to MQTT devices?

hi,

Teltonika mobility devices use the MQTT protocol and publish data via MQTT.

i would like to understand how exactly do you route commands and settings to such device via MQTT?

does each device have a unique topic for subscription to get its own commands?
other technique? what is the concept?

is there any article about this that you can send me ?

how other platforms deal with this issue?

rafinewman Teltonika Mobility devices communicate with MQTT broker built-in into the channel. You control and track them using same REST API and MQTT topics as you do with a regular device.

rafinewman I would say it is a protocol specifics, you have to consult with manufacturer on that.
