Cannot get odometer and fuel level values on a FMC003 from teltonika

Hello

I have an FMC003 tracker and two Citroen cars (C5 AIRCROSS / C3 both recent car from 2020)

I tried the tracker on both cars i can get tracking information but i am not able to obtain from ODB (or CAN ?)

the value of the ODOMETER from the car
the level of fuel left in the car

I checked in the configurator : Data 8 bits extended and had the information in IO set with High records but nothing arrive in Flespi.io …

I tried to send the sms command obdinfo and the answer was :

Asavar, note that various OBD trackers are inconsistent in being able to extract engine data from various vehicle makes and models. Sometimes it's the compatibility with a vehicle specific CAN bus, other times such data is not made available via CAN by the manufacturer.

There are companies that specialize in CAN extraction via their own FMS adapter. Here is one to consider: www.cangomobility.com. I saw previously in their lists for supported vehicles Citroen C3 up to 2016 and C5 up to 2017 supported. Might be worth checking with them on your 2020 models.

The downside is that you'd need to utilize both a tracker and their FMS adapter.
