At some point, you exceeded the connection limits (Free plan).
The system started blocking you.
But clients continued to connect.
At this point, logs about reconnections and blocking clients began to accumulate.
Which caused a stricter ban for about 24 hours.
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do in this situation.
You will have to wait until the lock is released.
In the "Start" plan, these limits are significantly expanded.
