EduardoZuccala Yes, flespi uses absolutely different technology stack, so devices that are not listed in supported must be integrated from scratch.
If flespi commercial customer wants to see the new protocol integrated - we ask for most up to date documentation and connect a device for debug proposes. What's more, we usually ask a customer to upgrade account to SLA Advanced at least for 1 month to cover developers time. So usually, our customers request new protocols integration when they have made some tests and created a PoC project based on flespi. It is bad idea to ask for new integration just for tests, if you won't use flespi in future.
So my advice here is: create a free account at https://flespi.io and try to experiment with supported devices, e.g. Teltonika. If flespi suits your needs - we will be glad to see you among our customers and integrate AM3800 for you based on conditions above.
By the way, in https://flespi.io you can find chat in top right corner of the panel. You can ask your questions there too.
