We have a device with protocol already integrated in Wialon (AM3800), but it is not supported by Flespi. Is it necessary to perform a new integration process?
Device supported by Wialon
EduardoZuccala Yes, flespi uses absolutely different technology stack, so devices that are not listed in supported must be integrated from scratch.
If flespi commercial customer wants to see the new protocol integrated - we ask for most up to date documentation and connect a device for debug proposes. What's more, we usually ask a customer to upgrade account to SLA Advanced at least for 1 month to cover developers time. So usually, our customers request new protocols integration when they have made some tests and created a PoC project based on flespi. It is bad idea to ask for new integration just for tests, if you won't use flespi in future.
So my advice here is: create a free account at https://flespi.io and try to experiment with supported devices, e.g. Teltonika. If flespi suits your needs - we will be glad to see you among our customers and integrate AM3800 for you based on conditions above.
By the way, in https://flespi.io you can find chat in top right corner of the panel. You can ask your questions there too.
Thanks for your answer baja!
I will test flespi functionality with Teltonika before.
Regards
Eduardo

Hi Baja,
we are already one of your customers while ago, and we haven't found "Arknav X8" among Flespi supported protocols, also I have the latest protocol documentation how can I get in touch with your support team to figure out the when to get it supported through Flespi before changing our account to SLA Advanced.
