ERM Starlink on Flespi

I'm testing the integration of ERM Starlink devices into the Flespi platform and I'm having trouble getting you to report of events, last year I did similar tests smoothly but at this minute I don't achieve good results. the steps performed now are as follows:

According to what is observed in the channel, the information of the device is 3553.flespi.gw:29981, I put as IP 33553.flespi.gw and port 29981 on the GPS config

It is clear that I am making a rude mistake in something, it is for this reason that I ask for help or advice to achieve the goal. in toolbox can't see data from GPS

Everything in your config looks correct. Please note that "3553.flespi.gw" is a DNS, not an IP address, some trackers have additional option to switch between IP/DNS connection, maybe this is a reason.

In GPS it is observed that it establishes communication and only receives one command from the server (parameter 177), it defines the output information after a while the device loses link to the server

So, we can conclude that:

device successfully connected - so communication is ok
connection identified with some IMEI - so protocol parsing is also ok
no messages registered

In this case, you should check device configuration - if the sending position option is enabled or not.
Also, you should check if your device sees enough GPS satellites to properly fix its position.

According to the requesting parameter 177 - it's because erm devices have variable data sending format and our platform is asking for this format once sees a new device, to properly parse the entire data packet.
