You correctly right regarding delivery services are in high demand. And reason its not only Coronavirus, anyway we observe a stable growth trend e-commerce sales and urbanization. Accordingly, the demand for IT systems for managing (not only control) deliveries will grow, I mean systems likes TMS. In real practice, we already see in 90% of all requests from potential client the needs not only transport control system, but needs for transport management system and especially plan – fact analysis, i.e. the system should be have functionality for automatic and intellectually planning of work, tasks, routes, etc.. Therefore, the question - why Gurtam team, as software company, does not bring for delivery services market with own IT soft, as TMS system? it’s not a secret that the Logistics apps not enough for full-fledged TMS, and the Wialon partners (who want going with market trends) are forced to look and use third-party TMS systems. The idea that the integrator independently develops full-fledged TMS software for delivery services seems a bit utopian, in my opinion, since integrators in 99% cases not geared towards developing software and small for such business target.
