Teltonika FMM001 - How to active more Data?

I've been sitting on a problem for quite a while and can't find a solution.
We use a Teltonika FMM001 and to test it we got another Teltonika FMC001. According to the description, both devices should return 600+ parameters.

For example we need AVL ID 353 = actual.remaining.mileage or AVL ID 135,AVL ID 60 =can.fuel.consumption.

However, I do not get both values back in the API and also not in the JSON.
We have already changed the codec to "Codec 8 Extended" as described in the blog https://flespi.com/kb/teltonika-device-data-via-api, but the data is the same, it has not become more. What am I doing wrong?

Bittersweet Hello. Two points:

This link https://flespi.com/devices/teltonika-fmm001#parameters will show all the parameters for all the devices. We develop a separation for different device types to have different parameter list. But in general, you should start from Teltonika Wiki, e.g. this page https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMC001_Teltonika_Data_Sending_Parameters_ID , and check in flespi parameters on the correspondence of ID and parameter name. So e.g. ID 353 is not described for FMC001 model. It is only present for TST100 model.
The parameters you need are obtained by the CAN bus. And it might be so that the vehicle model you use device with just don't pass it over the CAN bus. So if there are no values - the tracker does not send the data.

You may leave us a message in flespi chat (top right corner of flespi.io account) and specify device ID, so we can check the settings together.
