Ip Address of flespi gateway

HI, we are trying to get data from Teltonika in flespi, for the teltonika to send data to flespi end point, the gsm network provider require IP whitelisting, How do I find the ip address of flespi gateway so that we can whitelist it in network provider.

If I search IP of the gateway in internet I am getting 2 ips in online tools, can I use this IP, if that case if this IP remains same or possible to change
