The topic and shadow are made optional. So you can double the throughput if you don't need shadow update.

Default client id changed from 'FL0-eu-{stream id}' to 'FL-{stream id}'.
Client id added to stream logs.
You can specify the client id in the stream configuration.

Stream logs were rebuilt. Now, a log is registered for each message received by the stream. If the message was not sent, the log contains the reason.
