bird Fixed gsm.lac and gsm.cellid values parsed from the CELL field for ST300/ST310U/ST340-series, ST240, ST330, ST390 and ST940 devices (previously stored as hex-encoded text, e.g. 36346562 instead of 25835). ST940: gsm.lac from the LAC field is now read as decimal (e.g. 1854 instead of 6228).
bird ST390: RF device fields of ALT alerts 72-75 are now parsed into rf.device.serial.number, rf.device.signal.rssi, rf.device.present.status, rf.device.message.type.enum, rf.device.position.latitude, rf.device.position.longitude and rf.device.voltage.
bird ST390: new parameter rf.mode.enum (RF operation mode: 0 - normal, 1 - emergency, 2 - ERB). ALT alerts now mapped: 9/10 to sleep.mode.status, 13 to battery.fault.status, 14 to external.battery.low.alarm, 44/45 to backup.battery.connected.status.
