Suntech protocol has been updated: new parameter timestamp.key is stored when device message contains Message Number field (registered as event.seqnum parameter is flespi). The parameter is used to distinguish between two messages with the same timestamp of seconds granularity.

Parsing changes: changes affected the gsm.mcc parameter. in STT packet. Previously the value was interpreted as HEX, but will now be interpreted as a number. The change was made in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
