Suntech ST3940 and Suntech ST3940B : fixed parsing of PWR_VOLT field for Status, Emergency and Alert reports. Now this field's value is stored into parameter battery.level

Suntech protocol updated: parameter can.monitor.status (number) is replaced with the parameter can.dtc.cleared.monitor.state (string, HEX format) for OBD PID 0x01, and with the parameter can.current.drive.cycle.monitor.state (string, HEX format) for OBD PID 0x41.
