Fixed decoding of the JT808 location status word for concox JT808 devices (JM-VL502, JC450, JC181, JC371, JC451 and others): gps/beidou/glonass/galileo.satellites.status, can.central.lock.status and door.open.status.N now read from the documented bits; message.buffered.status is now registered for buffered positions (status bit 31, 0x0704 blind-area batches, 0x0900/F0 buffered data).
