Hi. Does anyone know how to factory reset ruptela eco4+ if it has a password

    Hello! According to information from our guys working with devices there are no methods for factory reset except contacting Ruptela Support. Of course You may take away flash from the module and reset it, but it will cost you even more than device itself.

    So the best way will be to contact Ruptela with this question.

    One of the previous versions of Ruptela FM-Eco4 light user manual contains information about factory reset:

    Factory reset – is a last resort tool and must be used only in critical cases. This function will reset the
    devices entire configuration (password included). Factory reset is a process, which requires
    contacting the suppliers’ tech support. Without correlating with tech support, you will not be able to
    reset your device. This process includes sending your devices IMEI to tech support, after which a
    special code will be generated, that must be entered in the factory reset field.

    The manual is rather outdated now, but anyway to do factory reset you should contact Ruptela technical support.

    what the f*!?...are you sure there's no way to do factory reset via ruptela platform/apps or any factory reset buttons instead of contact ruptela and do it one by one by imei information then manual entry the code for hundred or thousands ruptela units that I've already installed in operational vehicles over the country...
    woaw I have to reconsider for continue to use the product then..this's big issue..

    We are not hardware manufacturer. Our platform just helps you to integrate your devices to another services. You should send questions about hardware to your hardware manufacturer, I hope they find solution of your problem. We do not support users about hardware configuration and reseting.

          Hi....I have the FM PRO 3, PRO 4 and the ECO4+ .

          I had these leaps becouse of the manner in which the gadget is sending information to the stage. It would send little information or wont send at all prompting gps hops. This obviously happens just with the gps-server.net's foundation.

          First ensure you comprehend that profile number 4 is the HOME profile. I set all profiles to have similar qualities or eliminate any remaining profiles esteems and leave simply number 4 to be the fundamental.

          Give first with Engine ALWAYS A shot and empower route settings. Set Distance to 300 meters, Time with motor 30 secs, Radial 15 degrees. I have seen that the point set is exceptionally delicate. Changing the outspread worth to 20 causes extreme leaps.
