The scout-open protocol is used by GPS tracking devices manufactured by Scout.

Scout-open protocol is updated. Protocol fully remastered to comply with ScoutOpen 2 protocol specisifation.

Added parsing of sensor types:
- Linear Acceleration
- Side acceleration
- Crash sensor data
- Acceleration threshold exceeded data
- Additional navigation data
Optimization of parsing of other blocks. If unknown types of data are received, an event will be recorded in the log.

Added parsing of type 2 packet with detailed information about a traffic accident.

crash data packet now has timestamp.key parameter where fractional part is taken from crash.data.offset field. This is done to avoid messages merging in flespi device storage.
