The mentioned post describes parsing of message type 11 telemetry messages (the messages that are sent by devices to the server).
However message type 11 commands (that are sent from the server to the device) are not supported at the moment. The list of supported commands for Cellocator protocol can be found here.
If you are interested in having message type 11 commands supported in flespi, please contact us in support chat and describe your task. I think we will be able to add the settings for Cellocator Nano device so that you can send the commands you need from handy graphical user interface.
