Telematics hub channel loose connection after few minutes.

Hi there, i start using flespi few days ago for the development of my project. The scenario is i use teltonika FMB910 device paired with teltonika eye sensor, Flespi monitors the data through channel all things working fine, but the issue which i face is the flespi loose connection after few minutes and stop capturing the data the device still connected and the data is captured locally in smooth way but when it comes to cloud flespi loose connection in few minutes.
This is due to free plan? or somethings I did wrong I'm attaching the blog link which i followed along with problem i ![faced.]

Hello.
Click on a "connection closed" log and you'll see that the description is "connection closed by tracking device". So it is Teltonika disconnects from the server. You should reconfigure device connection times.
Register appropriate device in flespi, go to Settings -> Connectivity -> "Records parameters" and "Network ping" timings.

Apparently the solution is to change the time interval that the tracker reports. Increase it over 50 seconds, I mean both with ACC On or Off. Example, send SMS "fix050s003m***n123456"
