Teltonika fmb120 device is not connected

we are not able to create connections in channel. we are created a teltonika fmb120 device. we tried to connect with ident(imei) through channel connection section we get error Oops no devices created.

Hello.
Open the device section and check that you do not have a device with this ident.
This error occurs when all devices with listed idents are already created.
We do not allow the creation of devices with the same ident and device type.

thanks i understand. now in connection shows 2 devices are connected but ident(imei) value is not coming in channel => connection section. that why we not seen the any data in flespi which is coming from device. please help here what i can do?

The connection list updates active connections every 10 seconds. If the device connects for 2 seconds to send data and then disconnects, you will not see these connections in the list. You can only see active connections at the moment.

I recommend to check connection logs on the channel toolbox. In the toolbox, you can see when the device is connecting and disconnecting.
