This is a change log for a flespi stream to the National Poland E-Toll system https://etoll.gov.pl/
We fixed an issue with message filtering that caused a stream to report device messages more often than 5 seconds. Added a new log message for each device that sends messages.
Stream logs were rebuilt. Now, a log is registered for each message received by the stream. If the message was not sent, the log contains the reason.
Also, the stream can now send historical messages.
