I installed a TK103A tracker on my car.
however I can only add one administrator number (so two numbers in total to control the tracker).
I mistakenly deleted the master number from the list of numbers that control the tracker and since then I can no longer use or reset my tracker to an administrator number. I even changed my sim card but when I try, the tracker sends me the message "don't allow". How do I go back to factory settings? I tried the command "adminpassword13142324" but without success. the tracker returns me "FORMAT OR PASSWORD ERROR!".
I also tried to connect the tracker to my PC but I got the message 'device not recognized'
