How to find the correct protocol for a clone

I have configured a clone TK102B that uses a protocol similar to concox one (0x78 0x78 <pkt len> <pkt type> <payload> <pkt #><CRC> 0x0D 0x0A) as a GT06N.

The information heartbeat packet (type 0x13) seems not to adhere to the protocol: payload hex : C0 00 64 00 01 00 5E
The info I have found describes the 3rd byte as <gsm level> but from 0 to 4 and not to 64 as I am obtaining.
Probably there are also others differences throughout the protocols (bit meanings).
IMEI starts with 355488....
Can anyone help me find the exact protocol for this device?

I think the best solution would be to contact the mаnufacturer or seller, and ask the protocol specification from them.
