Should a stream from flespi to Wialon use the "Wialon Restranslator" protocol?

This articles recommens setting the stream up with HTTP protocol, which is how I currently have it set up.

Nick Wialon Retranslator was originally developed by Wialon team to send data downstream from Wialon.
