Fixed parsing of GTSVR reports with Position Append Mask for GV30CEU and GB100CG devices: Satellites in Use (position.satellites) is now registered when enabled; previously such reports were rejected.

Tachograph DDD download (GV355CEU, CV200): a download interrupted by a reconnect continues on the new connection, and file frames are assembled by frame index, including buffered frames that arrive after the last frame. DDD files that arrive without a pending request_tachograph_file command are stored as well.
