Move containers and CDNs between subaccounts

You can now transfer storage items between your account and its subaccounts, the same way it already works for channels and devices.

PUT /storage/containers/{selector}/cid — move containers to another subaccount
PUT /storage/cdns/{selector}/cid — move CDNs to another subaccount

Enable/Disable CDNs

CDN items now have a boolean enabled property, true by default
A disabled CDN rejects every public file link with 403
Files stay intact: a disabled CDN can still be listed, uploaded to and managed through the REST API

Persistent CDN file links

New method PUT /storage/cdns/{selector}/files updates the content of an existing file while its public link stays the same.

Files also got a cacheable property: set it to false for dynamic content, and clients will revalidate the file on every access.
