Added sync_counters device command: it queries the GPS-derived odometer and engine hours that Geotab calculates at request time and registers them as a message with vehicle.mileage and engine.motorhours parameters. Note: due to current platform limitations, commands are always executed through the first geotab-feed channel in the account - if you have multiple channels, keep each channel and its devices in a separate subaccount.
