Fixed GPS periodic data parsing for MT137:
position.direction
values exceeding 360° are now clamped to valid range, extra bytes after GPS points consumed correctly

fatigue.driving.status
and
engine.ignition.on.duration
added for MT137 vehicle event 0x16 (fatigue driving)
Unsupported vehicle events are now non-fatal (warning instead of disconnect)
