New protocol astra-telematics is supported.

Supported devices: AT110, AT111, AT200, AT202, AT210, AT211, AT240, AT241, AT242, AT300, AT400, AT402, AT406, AT500, AT502, AT503, AT600, AT900.

New custom command support — send any command to device via TCP or SMS.

New settings added (all support TCP and SMS transport):

Connectivity tab: Server Host ($IPAD), Server Port ($PORT), APN ($APAD), APN Password ($APPW)
Actions tab: Digital Output ($SDIG) with optional pulse mode, Immobilise ($IMOB) with modes 0-4

Added param_source documentation — users can now see which protocol module each parameter originates from.

Settings readback implemented for server_host, server_port, apn, and apn_password settings using $PARA,1 bulk configuration dump (TCP, firmware 7.0.22+). Device configuration values will now be automatically retrieved when a device connects.

Fixed parsing of TEST: device status response — all response lines are now captured in the command result.

New parameters for AT202: can.controller.serial.number, can.controller.software.version, can.vehicle.battery.level, can.battery.voltage, can.motor.controller.temperature, can.vehicle.speed, can.motor.rpm, can.motor.temperature, can.motor.voltage, can.motor.current, gnss.position.fixes.time, gnss.position.fixes.failed.time, modem.uptime, system.uptime, ble.uptime, system.wake.count, packets.sent, can.vehicle.mileage (Rayvolt e-bicycle, battery usage statistics, STARS ACIM motor controller, and Heinzmann ED-Display CAN reports).

Fixed a parsing fault that could drop the AT202 connection and prevent BLE beacon data from being stored.
