We would like to integrate the Teltonika FMC003 GPS tracker with your
platform. Our primary goal is to leverage the full capacity of this device
to extract a maximum amount of vehicle diagnostic data (OBDII/CAN),
specifically the real vehicle mileage (Odometer), true fuel level, and
Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs).
When reviewing the reports on our platform, we would like to clarify an
important technical point:
When we request a comprehensive report for a vehicle equipped with the
FMC003, does the completeness and detail of the data (diagnostic, advanced
telematics, driver behavior) depend on:
- Strictly the specifications and limitations of your platform's
reporting module?
- Or is your platform configured to receive, decode, and present all
the raw and extended information (Codec 8 Extended, OEM parameters) that
the FMC003 is capable of sending, assuming vehicle compatibility?
In other words, we want to ensure the platform is not filtering or
omitting any data that the FMC003 is technically capable of providing to
us via the OBD port.
Could you please advise on what specific report types we should generate
to visualize the full range of engine diagnostic and fuel data the device
transmits?
