Deleted Account?

Hi -- it seems my account was deleted? I'm pretty sure the last access was less than a year ago.
When I try to login / use social media / reset password I'm told my credentials are invalid or if I want to create a new account. How can I recover my account? I have devices with tokens deployed which I'd like to not have to change?

Hello.
Free accounts are automatically deleted if they are inactive for more than two months.
Activity includes: MQTT connections, REST requests, and active device connection to the channel.

It’s easy to forget that "activity" isn’t just logging into the panel, but also includes those background MQTT connections or REST requests. If anyone is planning to park a project for a few months, it sounds like setting up a simple automated ping or a basic device connection is the way to go to keep the account live.
