Thingsys Device J16W support

I am testing the Thingsys protocol, but my device is the J16W which is not in the list, I selected the J16 and it works correctly when receiving messages but when sending commands it shows an error so it is not supported, I attach the error and the question is when will they provide support for the J16W model?
