Bugfix: battery.state for Type 0 standard messages is now reported with the correct polarity - a good battery was previously reported as replace. Update any alerting built on this parameter.
Bugfix: Type 3 diagnostic messages (Diagnostic, Replace Battery, Contact Service) were parsed one byte out of alignment. battery.state, gnss.status, transmitter.status and scheduler.status are now read from the device status byte instead of being fixed values - transmitter.status in particular was always reported as a fault. gnss.fix.duration, gnss.fail.count and transmission.count now carry real values; transmission.count was previously always 0.
