Added the start_audiostream command - an audio-only session on the selected camera channel, delivered over WebRTC.
Modes are set with the type parameter, Intercom by default: Listening (you hear the device), Intercom (both ways), Broadcast (the device only plays what it is sent).
In the two-way modes the audio of a viewer is transcoded to G.711 A-law and sent to the device over its media link.

Added new device settings based on the JT808 terminal parameters (0x8103/0x8106) and the JT/T 1078 audio and video parameters.

Report scheme - report by ACC state or by ACC and driver login state

Video & Audio stream parameters - encoding mode, resolution, keyframe interval, frame rate and bitrate for the live and the stored stream, OSD overlay and audio output
Special alarm recording - storage threshold, maximum duration and the time marked before the alarm
Blocked video alarms - signal loss, signal blocking, storage and equipment failure, bus overload, abnormal driving behavior, recording storage threshold
Video analysis alarm - approved number of passengers and fatigue level threshold
Sleep and wake-up mode - wake-up sources, days of week and up to 4 daily time periods

All the settings above are readable back from the device.
