When we created codi, our AI assistant, we just wanted to take some weight off our support team. But it’s turned into so much more. Now, codi’s not only helping with onboarding and solving problems, he’s also becoming a bit of a friend to us all. Learning more every day and never forgetting anything — there was supposed to be a day when he would beat us. And that day has come. :)
