Wondeproud protocol is updated: parameter wait_ack is added for custom command.
This parameter allows to disable waiting of command response from the device.
By default wait_ack=true and server waits command response (a packet that starts with $ sign) to consider the command as executed.
If you switch to wait_ack=false, then the command is considered to be executed as soon as it's sent to the device's connection, without waiting for any response from the device.

Wondeproud protocol is updated, added channel configuration field RP Header in case the device sends it.
If the device sends the IMEI in the header, it will be used as an ident parameter instead of Device ID

New RP Header mode added to channel configuration: rp_header = "text". When enabled, the first CSV field is treated as a user-configured text header (stored as device.self.name) and the second field is used as Device ID. Supported by VT-10, VT-200, VT-300, VT-350, and OT-10 devices with $WP+RPHEAD enabled.
