TK-Star GPS real manufacturer?

I want to buy a large number of TK STAR TK911 model trackers but i find two websites online.

The second URL has also an alibaba account under the same company name.

Any ideas? FLESPI has the first URL listed as the manufacturer under their relevant list.

I suggest you ask each company about another to cross-check their responses.
