Fixed parsing of Alarm/Language field in 0x13, 0x16, and 0x26 packets — alarm code and language are now correctly parsed as separate bytes.
New alarm parameters added: sleep.mode.alarm, light.alarm, gsm.jamming.event, idle.event, acc.on.alarm (0xFE), acc.off.alarm (0xFF), engine.ignition.status for engine on/off codes.
False power.cut.alarm in heartbeat packets eliminated.
