Teltonika devices can be a bit finicky during the initial setup. Aside from checking the channel host and port, definitely take a look at the Toolbox logs in flespi. If you don't see any incoming traffic there at all, it’s usually an APN issue on the SIM card or the device simply isn't pointed to the right IP yet. Once you see even a single 'connection' log in Toolbox, you're halfway there!
