GTJDR - GSM jamming detection event
GTJDS - GSM jamming status (enter/quit)
GTCRA - Crash detection event
GTASC - G-sensor self-calibration
GTBAA - Bluetooth accessory alarm (temperature, humidity, battery)

Fixed time_zone setting parse error for BTG01L devices sending ASCII decimal codes instead of characters in GTALS response
Fixed GTGPS response parsing when device has no GPS fix (space in Last Fix UTC Time field)

New parameter position.valid added. Derived from GNSS Accuracy field: true when GNSS fix is successful (HDOP 1-50), false when no fix (HDOP 0).

gsm.jamming.event now fires only when GTJDS jamming is entered (no longer on the quit report). Jamming warning states (5/6, where a device sends them) are now reported via the new gsm.jamming.warning.status parameter. (Cellular jamming on/off state continues to be reported via gsm.jamming.alarm.status.)
