Fixed time_zone setting parse error for BTG01L devices sending ASCII decimal codes instead of characters in GTALS response
Fixed GTGPS response parsing when device has no GPS fix (space in Last Fix UTC Time field)

New parameter position.valid added. Derived from GNSS Accuracy field: true when GNSS fix is successful (HDOP 1-50), false when no fix (HDOP 0).
