Fixed parsing of short RUV00/RUV01/RUV03/RUV04/RTT reports that previously caused fatal connection aborts. Short payloads now register partial data instead of disconnecting the device.

RUV02 end-of-trip report (event 108) is now parsed for VL06/VL08 devices: trip.duration, trip.mileage, trip.fuel.consumed, trip.dead.center.time and new parameters trip.rpm.range.time.1-5, trip.coasting.time, trip.engine.braking.time.
